Meet Lou & Pepper
Andrea (Lou’s person) and Cristina (Pepper’s person) met in the halls of their children’s preschool. Their mutual love of celebrating - birthdays, summers, LIFE! - coupled with their love (obsession) for their super adorable pets spawned the beginning of Lou & Pepper.

I've never met a paper good or party decoration I didn't like. So a perfect fit!
How'd you get into the party business?
After graduating from UCF (Go Knights!), I worked in various hotels and venues around Orlando planning anything from an intimate wedding, to a 4000-person corporate event, and everything in between. I eventually returned to my alma mater to teach event management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. But, once my party of 1 became a party of 4 (including my super hubs, Ed, and two awesome kids, Harper and Eddie) the idea of owning my own business was very appealing.
How did Lou & Pepper get started?
I found the perfect Ying to my party planning Yang in Cristina. Now I can be creative on my own terms and still have time to hang out with my friends & family. All of which support and love my "party for every occasion" attitude (well, at least they tolerate it...ha!) Even Lou Cat, who is not much of a party animal, is involved by being one of our mascots. I look forward to an exciting future for L&P and can't wait to curate your next party!

Who inspires you?
My partners in crime are my daughter, Ava, my awesome husband, Josh, who thinks it’s cool that I plan parties for a living and our furry child Pepper, also known as our Tres Magnifique Canine Mascot.
How’d you get into party planning?
My career began in Miami where, for over a decade, I have had the opportunity to work in some of the finest Hotels in the industry. I have planned conferences, corporate meetings, social events and even dabbled in a little wedding planning.
Why party planning?
Having always been an organizer and planner (since birth and by trade), Lou & Pepper allows me to have a creative outlet for all the skills and lessons I have gained throughout my career...everyone plans their child’s first birthday party for 6 months...right?
