SHIPPING, RETURNS & SO MUCH MORE (FAQs)
Our goal is to process, package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. As soon as order processing is complete, packages will ship from Central Florida via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select and the location. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with tracking information. We are not responsible for transit times provided by the carrier. The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any carrier no matter what time the order is placed, processed or shipped. Shipping times are in addition to the order processing time of 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day. Expedited shipping is available. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your package is in USPS or UPS hands, it is out of our control! Please contact USPS or UPS directly and have your tracking information handy. If you need information from us for a claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during busy season. Please allow plenty of extra time for those holiday party pretties to be delivered! If you are in the season scramble and need a guaranteed shipping time, choose USPS or UPS Express.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Oops! Since our goal is to package and ship your order as soon as possible, please let us know of the changes ASAP! After the package has left our hands, we will be unable to make any changes. If the carrier returns the package to us, we will be happy to issue a refund or re-ship but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.
Adding/Removing Items in an Existing Order
Forgot to put that must have item in your cart? Or changed your mind on an item? It happens to the best of us! As long as your items are still in “processing”, we will be able to add or remove items. After the package has left our hands, you will need to place a new order for the additional items and follow the refund process for any unwanted items once you receive them.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled as long as the order is still “processing.” Please send us an email ASAP and we will make every attempt to pull the shipment and refund the purchase.
Oh no! We are so sorry! Please contact us via email ASAP. Incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package. We will respond right away with instructions on when to expect your item or how to return the items in question.
Not head over heels with your items? We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us! If the products you selected did not work out, we will be happy to issue a refund on unopened and unused items only within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com to authorize a return. We will provide you with the return details. Both the return and original shipping charges are not refundable. Opened, used or edible items are non-refundable. Sale items and custom products may also not be returned.
A Note About Balloons
Lou & Pepper Parties does not manufacture the balloons we sell. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are also not responsible for damage or defect done by third party vendors, such as local party or grocery stores, while balloons are inflated.
Gift Cards/Gift Message
How sweet of you! We do not offer gift cards at this time but don’t let that stop you from buying something from our party shop. We’re happy to include a hand-written gift note with your items. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and let us know what you would like the note to say.
